• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery only if they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is inspected.
• Certain items (like used adhesive tapes, custom orders, or damaged goods not caused in transit) are not eligible for return.

8. Shipping & Delivery Policy

• Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
• Delivery timelines vary depending on location:
  • Metro Cities: 3–4 business days.
  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days.
  • Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 business days.
• Minimum delivery timeline: 3 business days.
• Maximum delivery timeline: 10 business days.
• Customers will receive tracking details once the order is shipped.
• In case of unavoidable delays (logistics strikes, natural causes, etc.), we will inform you promptly.

9. Payment Policy

• We accept payments via Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallets through our secure payment gateway.
• Payments must be completed at the time of placing the order.
• If a payment fails but the amount is deducted, it will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
