The Selec 800 SQ-A is a compact and highly reliable On Delay/Interval Timer, designed for precision timing control in automation systems. With selectable time ranges of 3 / 10 / 30 / 60 seconds or minutes, and a fine 0.3-second resolution, this timer is perfect for applications demanding exact delays. It offers excellent accuracy with a setting tolerance of ±5% of full scale and repeat accuracy of ±0.5% or 50ms—whichever is greater. Its SPDT relay output rated at 5A @ 250V AC or 24V DC ensures reliable switching. Operating on 230V AC or 24V AC/DC, and measuring just 22.5mm, it easily mounts on DIN rails, making it ideal for space-sensitive control panels.

How to Install the Selec 800SQ-A Timer

Step-by-Step Installation Guide:

1. Power Off: Always turn off the main power supply before installation to avoid electric shock.

2. Mounting: Mount the 800SQ-A securely on a standard DIN rail inside a control panel (22.5mm slot width).

3. Wiring:

   • Connect the power supply terminals as per rated input (230V AC or 24V AC/DC).

   • Connect the control/load circuit to the SPDT (1 C/O) relay terminals.
